Is our students' data actually safe with CoachOS?+
Yes. Every institute's data is isolated at the database level — no other institute on CoachOS can ever query or see your students, attendance, or fee records, even by accident. Only the accounts you create or approve — admins, teachers, and students you've added or accepted through registration — can log in, each with role-based access matched to what they should see.
We've tried software before and gave up after a few months. What's different this time?+
Most systems ask you to change how you run your institute. CoachOS is built around what you already do — batches, attendance registers, fee receipts. Bring your existing student list in as a CSV and you're importing in one go; most institutes are fully set up within a day, with no long-term contract to sign.
Can my teachers use it too, or is it just for admins?+
Teachers get their own login to mark attendance for their own batches and post batch-level announcements. Fee collection and full student/teacher management stay with the institute admin, so nothing sensitive is exposed beyond what each role needs.
How do parents find out about announcements and fee dues?+
Right now, CoachOS doesn't have a separate parent login — announcements reach your team and any student with their own CoachOS account through the in-app notification bell and email, and every fee payment gets an emailed receipt. Sharing that with parents (over WhatsApp, a call, or however you already do) is still on your side for now, but at least you're reading it off one dashboard instead of three registers.
